We want the Forum to be a welcoming, healthy and safe space for everyone and we are aware that the effects of COVID-19 are variable and that many people continue to have significant and valid concerns for themselves and their families. Please support each other and be tolerant of everyone’s choices, as everyone’s situation is different.

We have carried out a review of our initial 2022 comprehensive assessment of COVID-19 related risks. As the majority of those who attend the Forum will now be vaccinated, we have agreed on the following measures to mitigate these risks.

If you are coming to the Forum we ask you to:

  • Consider whether you or any of your close contacts could have the COVID-19 virus. If you are unwell or could carry the virus asymptomatically, please do not attend the Forum.
  • Wash and sanitise your hands regularly. We will have hand sanitiser available but you may wish to bring your own.
  • Wear a mask if you prefer. If you prefer not to wear one, please be tolerant of those who do. We will have some masks available but you will probably wish to bring your own.
  • Be mindful of people’s varying levels of comfort with physical contact/distancing and preferences re sharing pens etc.
  • Dress in layers/appropriately so that we can open windows and doors if requested.
