  • We use this data for our ordinary business – to keep in touch with you, to help us organise the UK KMb Forum around your needs
  • We keep this data for as long as it is in use. If data are no longer used, we keep it for around 3 years unless you contact us to ask us to delete it. The exception is dietary and access requirements which we do not keep once they are no longer being used.
