Ian Rodwell is Head of Client Knowledge & Learning at global law firm Linklaters LLP. Ian works with a number of Linklaters’ key clients on a range of knowledge and learning initiatives. He delivers guidance, workshops and masterclasses globally on knowledge exploitation, collaboration, high-performing teams, creativity, decision-making, virtual working and motivational leadership. He is also an experienced coach and a faculty member of the Linklaters Law and Business School. Ian is currently undertaking doctoral research on the role of liminal space in organisational storytelling and how place and location affect storytelling, innovation and knowledge sharing. Annette Boaz is Professor of Health and Social Care Policy at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine.  She has spent more than 20 years exploring the relationship between research policy and practice in the UK and internationally.  She was one of the Founding Editors of the international journal Evidence & Policy and is currently working with Kathryn Oliver on the Transforming Evidence collaboration. She supports a number of national initiatives aimed at increasing capacity for research use including the UK Implementation Society and the NIHR Knowledge Mobilisation Research Fellowships (now embedded in the Advanced Fellowship programme). She is a member of the WHO European Advisory Committee on Health Research.  With Sandra Nutley and Huw Davies she has just published an update of the What Works book that inspired many researchers in this field.
