Mobilising knowledge to change individuals’ behavior: how knowledge mobilization was used as part of the Mamtunaata project to help create a better future for Cree youth aged 6-11 engaging in aggressive, antisocial behaviour and/ or high-risk behaviour. SNAP is an award-winning cognitive-behavioural program that helps children and parents deal effectively with anger by teaching them how to respond in better ways. |
